These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mectris, a real-time analytics platform for Minecraft server infrastructure. By using Mectris you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Mectris (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Mectris provides monitoring and analytics for Minecraft servers, including ticks-per-second (TPS), milliseconds-per-tick (MSPT), memory usage, player activity, retention and related infrastructure metrics. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Access to the dashboard is provided through Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your Mectris account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, access data belonging to other users, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to monitor servers you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
By connecting a server, you grant Mectris permission to collect and store the performance and activity metrics necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to connect each server you add.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Mectris and its branding, design and software are owned by Mectris and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mectris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
